CLAIM, REFUNDS & DELIVERY
1.1 All efforts are made to deliver your products on time. We use external delivery services and rely on the companies to provide a reliable service. No responsibility or liability to loss will be accepted for goods not being delivered for any reason. It is the customers’ responsibility to decide if the product will be delivered in time.
1.2 Refunds will only be made if your items have been paid for in full.
1.3 Damages upon delivery or defected products must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery.
1.4 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.5 Additional non-returnable items:
(a) Gift cards
(b) Downloadable software products
(c) Any other item that we do not resell
(d) Already printed items
1.6 Refunds / Exchanges and credit notes will only be given if the goods are not fit for purpose and we have not satisfied the terms of sale. If the item is classed as 'fit for purpose' by us we will not issue a refund, credit note or exchange.
1.7 Full refunds will only be available under certain circumstances. Wrongly approved artwork, spelling mistakes, wrong numbers will not be valid reasons for a refund.
1.8 Credit notes will / may be issued instead of monetary refunds.
All printed stock is non-returnable.
Due to the nature of promotional items. Once branded, the items are then personlised to your scecifications making them non-resuable to us.
If a printing error has accured through our fault we will always try to ressolve the issue as above.
Product samples are advised before an order to make sure you are 100% happy with the items before you order.
