We are applicable that all prices quoted or shown are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
1.11 Payment must be made in full to be able to process your order. Your order will not be processed and delivered until the payments are made. Credit accounts are on management’s discretion and shall be met by you through the terms provided at the time of application.
1.12 The risk of the goods shall be passed to you upon delivery.
1.13 All goods and property shall remain ours until full payment is made on the terms provided.

CANCELLATIONS
1.15a Cancellations may incur a cancellation charge. You will be notified and supplied this before you cancel an order.
1.15b Charges for cancellations are to credit us for any loss producing your order so far, including delivery, products or artwork supplied.
SAMPLES
1.16 While all effort is made to provide you with samples, some may be supplied with a charge for product or delivery.
1.16a Ordering samples online, may incur a charge. The price of samples can be altered at any time.
1.16b Samples are usually unprinted.
1.16c The sample cost is a gesture cost only. Not it's actual value cost.
1.16d Samples can be ordered through any online facility. It's intended purpose is a sole use only. You may not use these features to obtain large quantities of plain, unbranded stock. Plain, unbranded stock will need to be quoted for at the time of purchase.

CLAIMS, REFUNDS & DELIVERY
1.1 All efforts are made to deliver your products on time. We use external delivery services and rely on the companies to provide a reliable service. No responsibility or liability to loss will be accepted for goods not being delivered for any reason. It is the customers’ responsibility to decide if the product will be delivered in time.
1.2 Refunds will only be made if payments and credit has been made in full.
1.3 Damages upon delivery or defected products must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery.
1.4 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.5 Additional non-returnable items:
(a) Gift cards
(b) Downloadable software products
(c) Any other item that we do not resell
1.6 Refunds / Exchanges and credit notes will only be given if the goods are not fit for purpose and we have not satisfied the terms of sale. If the item is classed as 'fit for purpose' by us we will not issue a refund or money off vouchers.
1.7 Full refunds will only be available under certain circumstances. Wrongly approved artwork, spelling mistakes, wrong numbers will not be valid reasons for returns.
1.8 Credit notes will / may be issued instead of monetary refunds.
