4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods as displayed on our Website.

Your payment information is processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your complete payment card details.

For bulk or corporate orders, we may offer quotations valid for a specified period. Quotations are not binding until we confirm acceptance of your order.

5. CUSTOMIsATION AND BRANDING

Many of our Products can be customised with your branding, logos, or text. When ordering customised Products:

You must provide artwork, logos, or text in the format we specify. Print quality is solely based on this.
You warrant that you have the right to use any intellectual property (logos, trademarks, designs) provided to us.
We will provide a proof for your approval before production. You are responsible for checking the proof carefully.
Once you approve a proof, we are not liable for errors that were visible in the approved proof.
Customised Products are non-refundable unless they are defective or we have made an error.

6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We will deliver Products to the address you provide when placing your order. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order. For international deliveries, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You should inspect Products upon delivery and notify us of any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For non-customised Products, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective or we made an error.

Customised or personalised Products cannot be returned unless they are defective or we have made an error in production.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products and will be issued to the original payment method.

8. PRODUCT QUALITY AND WARRANTIES

We make every effort to ensure that Products are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur, particularly with customised items.

We warrant that Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you receive a defective Product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will repair, replace, or refund the Product at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PG Promotional Items or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
